kaaay

new diet plan, fer fack sakes..

* water all the time
*eat under 1000 calories a day for sure.
*count my calories
* not weigh myself everyday, once a week is fine.
*only eat: fruits, veggies, egg whites.
^ thats probably gonna fail sometimes:(
* run on tredmill for a half hour every day
*do an Ab Circle Pro workout twice every day for 6 mins

i want to be skinny, with a very nice stomach, girly abs, no love handles.
going on 300 to 500 calories a day is just tooo hard,
see if this works now hahaha damn ill start wednesday, thats the day i start school agian

dont know what day to call this

havent blogged in so long, but i havent stopped operation starvation, i fell for abit going back up to 132, then i picked myself back up and now im at 125:) pretty happy about that, trying to eat under 500 cals a day, it goes beyond well somedays and some days it dont haha, i can notice my legs getting skinnier,bringing on that gap:) and my love handles shrinking.
OH and when i purchase a ring, imma get my boy to peirce my belly button:) alsooo i have the ab circle pro for xmas! hello soon to be sexy belly ;) hahaha well anyways.
all i had today so far was a peice of toast with nutilla spread over it, nom nom. andd soon ill be eat either salad or a banana. then thatll be it for today :) xx

day 7 - 126 pounds..

yogurt- 35 cals
half a bowl of salad ( no cheese, no dressing)
a fish cake( thats potatoes and fish mixed together haha)  half a bowl.
done some ab workouts aswellll.

i know all that didnt add up to 500 cals, but i felt like shit after i ate it, regret it so much.
and im now a pound over yesterdays weight.. fuck.
oh well, i wont eat so much tomorrow.
im so happy i havent binged since i started this time.
looking at some thinspo every few hours in helping me alot.

ahhh i didnt have time to post yesterday !:(
so yesterday being day 5 - 127 pounds
6 inch sub from subway
a tin of soup
2 coffee
coke zero
yogurt

day 6 - 125 pounds
yogurt- 35 cals
then supper i had carrot, noodle stuff, chicken . . but each thing was smaller than my palm.
a bite of a wunderbar!

done some ab workouts before bed:)
i want the ab circle pro for christmas !
