kaaay

new diet plan, fer fack sakes..

* water all the time
*eat under 1000 calories a day for sure.
*count my calories
* not weigh myself everyday, once a week is fine.
*only eat: fruits, veggies, egg whites.
^ thats probably gonna fail sometimes:(
* run on tredmill for a half hour every day
*do an Ab Circle Pro workout twice every day for 6 mins

i want to be skinny, with a very nice stomach, girly abs, no love handles.
going on 300 to 500 calories a day is just tooo hard,
see if this works now hahaha damn ill start wednesday, thats the day i start school agian
