hungryyy, with a headache.

  1. Keep up the good work, lovely :3 Here's a quick tip! Drink LOADS of water, and if you can't stand water, try green tea or any kind of cold tea. It helps to fill you up and makes you feel full and healthy, and it's all liquid! So the morning after, you wake up and use the bathroom and you lose all that weight and you can tell how much you lost :) oh, and try buying a tape measure. A scale can change according to the weather and the temperature, but a tape measure is always the same. You can get one at any store, really. Try Walmart.

    And a quick question D: Are you pro-ana or anything, or just trying to lose weight? No hate against you either way :3
