ahhh i didnt have time to post yesterday !:(
so yesterday being day 5 - 127 pounds
6 inch sub from subway
a tin of soup
2 coffee
coke zero
yogurt
day 6 - 125 pounds
yogurt- 35 cals
then supper i had carrot, noodle stuff, chicken . . but each thing was smaller than my palm.
a bite of a wunderbar!
done some ab workouts before bed:)
i want the ab circle pro for christmas !
