day 3: 130 pounds

a yogurt with 2 strawberrys, 2 grapes = 47 cals
a cracker = 7 cals
2 chickenlegs (oven) with few tablespoons of white rice.

not badd !
ran up and down stairs alot of times, walked up the road, done a few ab workouts
