day 7 - 126 pounds..
yogurt- 35 cals
half a bowl of salad ( no cheese, no dressing)
a fish cake( thats potatoes and fish mixed together haha) half a bowl.
done some ab workouts aswellll.
i know all that didnt add up to 500 cals, but i felt like shit after i ate it, regret it so much.
and im now a pound over yesterdays weight.. fuck.
oh well, i wont eat so much tomorrow.
im so happy i havent binged since i started this time.
looking at some thinspo every few hours in helping me alot.
